Welcome to Weapring Arms and Ammunition. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services in the Republic of South Africa.
By using our services or purchasing products from our store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and with all applicable South African laws, including the Firearms Control Act 60 of 2000 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

1. Eligibility and Legal Compliance
- You must be 21 years or older to purchase ammunition and 21 years or older to purchase a firearm.
- You must hold a valid SAPS-issued Firearm Licence (White Card), and present it during online or in-person sales.
- Purchases are only available to South African citizens or legal residents with legal firearm ownership status.
- We do not sell firearms or ammunition to individuals who are prohibited from owning firearms under South African law.
2. Firearm and Ammunition Sales
- Firearms will only be sold through a licensed dealer (SAP 350 registered).
- Firearms and ammunition cannot be shipped directly to customers. You must collect from our store or licensed dealer with proper documentation.
- Ammunition purchases require a copy of your ID, firearm licence, and proof of address.
- All transactions are logged and reported in line with SAPS and FCA regulations.
3. Placing Orders and Payments
- Orders are accepted online or in-store, subject to verification of your documentation.
- Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT (15%) unless otherwise stated.
- We accept EFTs, debit/credit cards, or secure payment gateways.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order for suspected fraud, incorrect information, or legal non-compliance.
4. Delivery and Collection
- No door-to-door delivery of firearms or ammunition is permitted. All collections must be made in person at our registered address.
- You must present the original firearm license and ID when collecting any goods.
- Delivery of non-restricted items (e.g., accessories, optics, safes) is available nationwide.
5. User Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- Any unauthorized activity under your account must be reported immediately. (reports to be submitted via email - sales@weapringcc.co.za)
6. Limitation of Liability
- Weapring Arms and Ammunition is not liable for injury, loss, or damage from misuse of firearms, ammunition, or accessories.
- All customers assume full responsibility for the legal and safe use of their purchases.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be handled in accordance with South African courts.
