Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Cancellations

You may cancel an order for non-restricted goods (accessories, apparel, safes) within 7 working days, in accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Firearms, ammunition, or any items tied to your firearm license cannot be returned or cancelled once the transaction has been initiated.

2. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted for non-restricted goods within 7 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method after inspection.
• Refunds for damaged/faulty goods are processed per the CPA.

3. Exclusions

We do not accept returns or cancellations for:

• Firearms or ammunition.
• Custom orders (e.g., firearm modifications, special imports).
• Opened or used safety equipment

4. Cancellations by Weapring

We may cancel an order if:

• Your legal documentation is invalid or incomplete.
• Items are no longer available.
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal intent.
